Wednesday wait to see if Barry Bannan is fit to face Rotherham in Saturday’s South Yorkshire derby at Hillsborough.
Bannan, who is one booking away from a two-match ban, missed training on Thursday because of a leg problem and Jos Luhukay says they will assess his condition after training on Friday before making a decision on whether the key midfielder can play.
Luhukay also confirmed that Fernando Forestieri is out for up to eight weeks with his hamstring injury.
Ash Baker is available for the Rotherham game after serving a one-match ban.
