Wednesday have made our first summer signing with the arrival of teenage midfielder Fisayo Dele-Bashiru from Manchester City for an undisclosed fee.
Nineteen-year-old Dele-Bashiru, who has developed through the City academy, told the club website: “I’m honoured to sign for Sheffield Wednesday and I’m excited to be here.
“I’m at an age now where I want to be playing first team football and I am confident it will fall into place for me here.”
He added: “My game is about power, strength and pace, I like to go box to box and I like taking on a shot, too.”
