Wednesday are reported to be interested in signing Swedish centre-back Alexander Milosevic.
The 26-year-old’s short contract at AIK, the current Swedish champions and league leaders this season, is nearing its end and website Fotboll Direkt says we have approached Milosevic about a possible move to Hillsborough on a free transfer early in the new year.
Milosevic, who has played four times for Sweden, began his career at Vasalund before moving to AIK and on to a brief injury-plagued spell with Besiktas. He then had loan spells in Germany before eventually returning to AIK on a short-term contract at the beginning of the year.
