Wednesday will kick off our EFL League One season with an opening day game at home to Portsmouth on 30th July.
We follow this with a trip to MK Dons on 6th August and then we welcome Charlton to Hillsborough on the following Saturday.
Our South Yorkshire derbies with Barnsley are at home on 3rd September and at Oakwell on 28th January 2023. We take on relegated Derby at Pride Park on 3rd December while we welcome the Rams to Hillsborough on the last day of the season.
Boxing Day sees us away at Fleetwood and we are at home to Cambridge for the New Year’s Day fixture while our first-ever competitive match against promoted Forest Green Rovers is on 27th August at Hillsborough.
Our only game in London is away to Charlton on 25th February 2023.
