Moore: We’ll be looking for three points

Wednesday will be looking to move back into the play-off places when we travel to second-placed MK Dons tomorrow evening.

Results this afternoon saw us drop to seventh  position and we will need all three points at the MK Stadium to regain that crucial top six placing.

MK Dons are on a 15-match unbeaten run while we are six games without defeat and  Darren Moore said today: “I think it’s a wonderful game, it’s whet the appetite of everybody and that’s why it’s been chosen for TV.

“Both teams will be looking to win the match, we’re in form and both teams are playing good football.

“We’ll be going head-to-head tomorrow to try and earn the three points.”

The manager could well name an unchanged squad but may start with Saido Berahino up front, with Nathaniel Mendez-Laing dropping to the bench.

Wednesday will be backed by a tremendous following of more than 5,300 fans for a match moved to Saturday evening for Sky TV coverage and with no trains available to get back to Sheffield after the game.
