MK Dons confirmed this morning that tonight’s FA Cup third round replay with Wednesday should go ahead.
The area was affected by yesterday’s snow and freezing overnight temperatures but the pitch has been protected by covers and the club is also using its new undersoil heating for the first time.
It means that unless there is more snow today – and it is not forecast for MK – then the tie will go ahead.
Winners of the match will be away to either West Brom or QPR in the fourth round.
