Wednesday’s search for a much-needed creative midfielder has seen Watford’s Lewis McGugan joining us on loan today.
The 26-year-old, who will be with us until the end of the year, will wear shirt number 37 and is expected to go straight into the side for the televised match at Huddersfield on Saturday.
McGugan signed a three-year deal for the Hornets when joining from Forest in July 2013. He scored 40 goals in 202 appearances at Forest and has netted 11 times in 44 games for Watford but has struggled to hold down a regular first team place this season.
