Kieran Lee got just over an hour of playing time under his belt as Wednesday’s under-23s enjoyed a 2-0 win at QPR on Monday.
Lee, who played for the first half for the under-23s last week, continued on the recovery trail after his lengthy lay-off with 66 minutes in West London.
We won the match with two goals from Preslav Borukov in a game that also saw a return to action for Matt Penney, who played 70 minutes following his injury problems.
