Lee out as Owls look to end Millwall’s run

Kieran Lee is out of tomorrow night’s home clash with Millwall after limping out of the Derby game with a groin problem.

The key midfielder went off just before half-time after stretching for a ball and aggravating an on-going groin injury and Stuart Gray confirmed today that he will go for scans to find out the extent of the damage.

That means a likely recall to the starting line-up for Giles Coke, who came on for Lee on Saturday. Gray is unlikely to make any other changes and Jeremy Helan is expected to continue his recuperation after injury by retaining his place on the bench.

Ian Holloway’s side has a 100 per cent record after two wins in the league and a victory in the Capital One Cup and – like Wednesday – are yet to concede a goal.
