Wednesday remain undefeated under Jos Lukuhay but are still searching for a first Championship goal since Boxing Day after a 0-0 draw at Middlesbrough.
The home side had the best chances, Joe Wildsmith denying Patrick Bamford in the first half while Ben Gibson and Daniel Ayala both hit the woodwork after the break.
Wednesday had just one shot on target but we would have settled for a point before kick off, the draw leaving us in 16th place and seven points clear of the drop zone.
Lukuhay was pleased with the point but disappointed with the way we gave the ball away too quickly in the second period.
