Dave Jones will wait on the fitness of defender Reda Johnson before deciding on his first line-up for the home game with Bury on Tuesday evening.
Johnson missed Saturday’s trip to Rochdale with a hamstring injury but is likely to replace Julian Bennett at left back if he is fit to return.
Wednesday midfielder Giles Coke, on loan to Bury, will not be eligible to play under the agreement of his deal.
It will be Jones’ debut in front of the Hillsborough faithful and the first of two home games inside five days, which offer a great chance for us to keep up the pressure on second-placed Sheff U.
