Wednesday have signed young Ivory Coast-born striker Khalil Lambin on a one-year contract.
The 21-year-old, who was previously with Greece Super League club Ergotelis, has been part of the the Owls’ development squad and was on the mark in the recent pre-season win over Worksop.
Lee Bullen, the development squad head coach, said: “Khalil was identified by the staff at first team level as one for the future. He’s been with us for pre-season and brings a lot of energy to the team. He’s a young boy and is still adapting to the British game but has performed well.”
