Hutchinson faces late test for trip to Boro

Sam Hutchinson has a 50-50 chance of making the line-up for Saturday’s trip to Middlesbrough.

Stuart Gray says the back injury that forced Hutchinson off during the second half against Millwall in midweek has “settled down” and that it will probably be a late decision on whether he is fit to play at the Riverside.

Kieran Lee will again be missing with the groin problem suffered during Saturday’s draw with Derby and Gray also has to decide whether to revert to playing just the one striker and, if so, will probably choose between Atdhe Nuhiu and Stevie May.

Meanwhile, Lewis Buxton is ready to resume training after the knee injury suffered in pre-season.
