Dave Jones has this afternoon confirmed the loan signing of Bolton midfielder Stuart Holden but has said team-mate Kevin Davies will not be joining him at Hillsborough.
US international midfielder Holden, who has struggled with knee injuries after making an initial big impression at Bolton, will link up with yesterday’s loan signing Seyi Olofinjana from Hull and both players are available for Saturday’s S6 relegation clash with Barnsley.
Jones has also said that there could be another signing before today’s 5pm emergency loan deadline.
He confirmed he had shown interest in Davies but said the player would be staying at the Reebok.
