Stuart Gray has confirmed that he will be in charge of the Owls again for Saturday’s visit of Nottingham Forest.
Gray, assisted by Lee Bullen, led the team into Tuesday night’s excellent win over Leicester and said today that Milan Mandaric has asked him to continue in the role for the Forest game.
He has also said that he hopes to be on Mandaric’s shortlist for the vacant manager’s post – the chairman indicated yesterday that Gray was not on his list but was full of praise for the job he was doing and intimated that Gray should not be ruled out of getting the permanent position.
