The draws for the first rounds of the Carabao Cup and Papa John’s Trophy will take place on June 23 … the same day as Wednesday’s division one fixtures for next season are released.
The League One schedule will be released at 9am on June 23 with the Papa John’s group stage draw live on Sky Sports News at 11.30am, followed by the Carabao Cup draw live on the same station at 2.30pm.
Meanwhile, Wednesday have confirmed a second pre-season friendly with the Owls travelling to face National League North side Alfreton on Saturday July 2, kick off 3pm.
Admission is at the turnstiles only with ticket prices £10 for adults, £5 for over-65s and 16-21s and £3 for 15s and under.
