Claude Dielna will miss the Championship kick off in a fortnight’s time after suffering a toe injury.
Dielna pick up the problem in last weekend’s friendly at York. He did not travel with the squad to Portugal and is expected to be ruled up for up to a month.
Keiren Westwood, Jack Hunt and Sam Hutchinson will all sit out tonight’s closed doors game with Farense because of minor knocks but they are expected to be fit to face Scunthorpe in a friendly at Glanford Park next Wednesday.
