Chief Operating Officer, Joe Palmer, has left his position at Hillsborough with immediate effect and has moved to AFC Wimbledon.
He joined the Owls 18 months ago and told the club website: “I would like to wish the chairman and everyone at the club all the very best. It has been a great challenge here in Sheffield and I hope the fans will continue their fantastic support on the club’s journey to the Premier League.”
Within an hour of the announcement, AFC Wimbledon confirmed that Palmer is to take over as their Chief Operating Officer on Monday,
