Carlos Carvalhal has accepted the FA’s charge after being sent to the stands for leaving his technical area following the red card for Vincent Sasso at Villa Park on Saturday.
Carvalhal has decided not to appeal the decision and will be fined by the authorities.
He said today that he did not dispute he was out of his technical area but questioned whether many other managers are also guilty of the same offence in games every week but escape punishment.
