Lowe’s a winner as Owls move into third round

Ryan Lowe steered Wednesday into the FA Cup third round draw with a 49th minute winner against Aldershot. The division two visitors brought a couple of good saves out of Richard O’Donnell but the Owls were generally in charge, with Lowe missing another excellent opportunity.

Second division Aldershot will be coming to S6 for the FA Cup second round. The Shots defeated non-league Maidenhead United 2-0 in their first round replay on Tuesday evening. The game is scheduled for Saturday December 3, kick off 3pm with ticket prices £10 for adults and £5 concessions.
