All aboard for the 9.58 to Sheffield … the London Owls were in good spirits as we left St Pancras bound for Hillsborough and Saturday’s game with Hull.
The visitors’ last-minute equaliser was hardly the ideal sign-off for the journey home but the London Owls have been a hardy bunch over the last 40-plus years and it takes more than a scuffer from Michael Dawson trickling over the line in the final seconds to put members off making our regular train trips to S6.
