A matter of business as usual for Bullen

It’s business as usual for caretaker boss Lee Bullen as we await a further announcement from chairman Dejphon Chansiri over the vacant manager’s job.

There has been no news on developments, from the club or from Mr Chansiri, since Jos Luhukay was sacked before Christmas. Steve Bruce remains favourite to take over but some reports say he will not be available until the end of January while others speculate that he could favour the Forest job if under pressure boss Aitar Karanka is sacked.

When asked about the vacant manager’s job at S6 after the 1-1 draw at West Brom, Bullen said: “The job takes care of itself. It is in the hands of the chairman. I will prepare for Birmingham until something changes.

“The chairman told me to take the team and I’m really enjoying it. The players have given me everything.”
