‘Contract extension for midfielder’

Wednesday are reported to have extended Joey Pelupessy’s contract by 12 months. The extension possibility was apparently in the midfielder’s contract and the Sheffield Star is reporting that Wednesday have now taken up this option. Pelupessy, 27, joined us from Dutch football in January 2018 and has made more than 70 first team appearances.
